In-case you hadn't guessed, we think segmentation is important. Your trial users are individuals, each with unique characteristics and behaviours.
With OnboardFlow you can create engaging auto messages and target them at specific segments to maximise open-rates and engagement.
For example, you might want to email trial users that have invited 2 or more team members, or that have triggered a specific Key Conversion Event (such as a page view) but have not yet added a project. How you segment, is up to you.
